Our founder, Kelly, brings nearly three decades of experience designing culture, developing leaders, and driving inclusion across some of the world's most recognised organisations. She has built a reputation for getting to the heart of what's really going on — cutting through the noise, asking the right questions, and delivering results that stick. It's that depth of expertise, rigour, and commitment to excellence that sits at the core of everything Inclusion Included does.
