Charlene brings over two decades of experience leading large teams through change and transformation across the Youth, Community, and Education sectors.
A qualified wellbeing practitioner, she uses creative mediums to support holistic health and wellbeing, delivering evidence-based programmes including Connect 5, Live Your Life to the Full, Triple P Parenting, and the Freedom Programme.
Charlene has significant expertise in strategic and tactical interventions around domestic violence and crisis support, delivering meaningful, sustainable change through early intervention work.
She holds a BA in Youth, Community and Education and is PTLLS EdExcel qualified in Training and Assessment.
In 2022, her exceptional contribution was recognised with a Queen's Honours British Empire Medal for services to social inclusion and to the community.

Dawn is an accomplished Events Manager and Executive Assistant with 15 years of experience across the private and not-for-profit sectors.
Trusted to deliver, she brings a keen eye for detail and creative thinking to ensure our office, events, and team operate seamlessly.
More recently, Dawn has expanded her role to support the delivery of our training and intervention work, contribute to our business development activity.
As as a lived experience ambassador she brings authenticity and insight to our wellbeing and mental health programmes.
