With over 25 years' experience designing and executing transformative DEI, wellbeing, belonging strategies, Kelly's knowledge in all aspect of culture work is as broad as it is deep.
As a sought -after thought leader, she works with global clients and companies, helping them to translate their strategic ambitions into tangible deliverables focued on impact, performance and engagement. Kelly‘s leadership has been utilised by NASDAQ and FTSE100/250 companies, as well as within start -ps and grassroots organisations, including Peloton, BT, Refinitiv, the NHS, Capita and Nationwide Building Society.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, she amplifies her allyship by advocating and activating for fairer, more inclusive and accepting society for all, through her work, her volunteering and through Inclusion Included‘s programme of Skillanthropy.
Kelly is a trustee for Diversity Role Models and is a Mental Health First Aider. She was awarded the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service for her exceptional work in the community and her philanthropy.

Rachael is an experienced leader with a demonstrated history of high -mpact work. She's a qualified probation officer and previously worked as the Director for Wales and UK Director of Performance and Partnerships for Hourglass, a charity focussd on preventing the abuse of older people. She worked for Stonewall Cymru, co-ordinating the volunteer programme and managing the information service.
Her skills are used in organisational management, partnership development, training design and delivery, performance improvement and service delivery and she has extensive experience in community engagement, events management, media work and communication.
Rachael's worked with a range of clients creating psychologically safe spaces and embedding listening and learning strategies.
She's an authentic leader with a passion for delivering greater awareness and understanding of mental health, mental illness, and wellbeing and was a lived experience speaker for Time to Change Wales. Rachael is also a trustee for Age Connects Morgannwg.

Charlene has worked within the Youth, Community and Education sectors for over two decades, leading large teams through change and transformation. She's a wellbeing practitioner, using creative mediums to support holistic health and wellbeing. She delivers a range of our training programmes, including Connect 5, Live Your Life to the Full, Triple P Parenting and the Freedom Programme.
Charlene has significant experience executing strategic and tactical interventions around domestic violence and crisis support, and through early intervention work delivers meaningful and sustainable change.
In 2022, Charlene was awarded a Queen's Honours British Empire Medal for services to social inclusion and to the community.
Charlene is a Director at Athene Environmental, where she utilises her skills to advance positive environmental change.
and is PTTLS Ed Excel in Training and Assessor Qualified, alongside holding a BA in Youth, Community and Education.

Dawn is an accomplished, highly organised and efficient Events Manager and Office Executive Assistant, with 15 years of experience across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.
Trusted to deliver, she uses her keen eye for detail and creative thinking to ensure that our office, our events and our team operate seamlessly.
More recently, Dawn has supported the delivery of our training and intervention work and is a lived experience ambassador promoting wellbeing and mental health.

Emily is an inclusive practice leader, who's solution-focused, creative and entrepreneurial with a keen eye for business efficiency. She has a strong background in fostering positive employee relations and implementing effective performance management strategies.
Emily cultivates collaborative work environments that enhance employee engagement and productivity.
She is an Associate Member of CPID and AHRI and supports our internal team and our clients in the APAC region.
