DEI, Communications and Engagement Manager

Associate Consultant of Culture, Inclusion, Wellbeing and Belonging
We're looking for a new team member who will help us achieve important objectives for our business.
The role responsibilities include
The collection of DEI data and analysis, including tracking progress against OKRs and external benchmarking
Agreeing the DEI and engagement strategy and approach with the ELT and Board and maintaining oversight of progress against the agreed action plan through the DEI taskforce.
Oversight and support for Employee Networks
Designing and delivering DEI initiatives, engagement and communications and works closely with L&D team to ensure appropriate training and development is in place.
Delivering the listening and engagement plan, including assessing the results and engaging with stakeholders to drive improvements in scores
Identifying and managing external vendors and partners and accountable for ongoing review of impact and effectiveness.
Developing content that showcases HL’s employer value proposition including internal and external website content and communications.
Engagement and communication with internal employee stakeholder groups, plus external membership.

Equality, Diversity and Engagement Co-ordinator
This is a temporary role until March 2026
The pay scale is E (£29,874 to £32,772).
We're excited to recruit a EDI and Engagment Co-ordinator who will
- Lead and facilitate effective liaison between Dyfed-Powys Police internal leads, local communities and partner agencies
- Manage and support the work of the workstream leads
- Coordinate the delivery of Race related culture training, force wide
- Attendance at All Wales CJiW Taskforce meetings and national PRAP meetings
- Responsible for managing and co-ordinating internal meetings relevant to PRAP & CJIW, including drafting of agendas, actions, and minutes.
- Work collaboratively with the Positive Action Officer in arranging support for those who are already employed by Dyfed-Powys Police, who are eligible for Positive Action, and wish to progress through the organisation.
- To actively seek out best practice in the delivery of the PRAP and the CJiW Plan
