Reporting in to the Executive Director, you'll work on various client projects, undertaking a breadth of inclusion, wellbeing and belonging initiatives.
From full business audits to writing articles for communication channels for global industry leading companies to start ups and third sector organisations our work is as varied as the clients we work with.

We're looking for a new team member who will help us achieve important objectives for our business.
The role responsibilities include
The collection of DEI data and analysis, including tracking progress against OKRs and external benchmarking
Agreeing the DEI and engagement strategy and approach with the ELT and Board and maintaining oversight of progress against the agreed action plan through the DEI taskforce.
Oversight and support for Employee Networks
Designing and delivering DEI initiatives, engagement and communications and works closely with L&D team to ensure appropriate training and development is in place.
Delivering the listening and engagement plan, including assessing the results and engaging with stakeholders to drive improvements in scores
Identifying and managing external vendors and partners and accountable for ongoing review of impact and effectiveness.
Developing content that showcases HL’s employer value proposition including internal and external website content and communications.
Engagement and communication with internal employee stakeholder groups, plus external membership.
